AI Automation Consulting, Done With the Same Security Discipline as Everything Else We Build

AI automation is genuinely useful when it’s implemented with the same care you’d apply to any other system touching your business’s data. NetCoreSolutions brings a security-first, practical approach to AI automation and workflow consulting — grounded in what actually works for a small or midsized business, not hype.

A note on where we are: AI automation consulting is a newer part of what we offer. We’re building this practice using real, hands-on tools in active application-development and operational work — we’re not going to pretend we have a portfolio of years-long client case studies we don’t have yet. What we can tell you is exactly what we use and how we think about doing this safely.

What We Help Automate

Workflow & Process Automation

Identifying the repetitive, manual work in your operations that’s a realistic candidate for automation — and building it in a way that doesn’t create new risk.

AI Integration & Custom Model Deployment

Connecting AI capabilities into the applications and workflows your business already runs, chosen to fit your specific systems rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all platform.

Document & Data Processing

Automating document-heavy and data-entry-heavy work so your team’s time goes toward higher-value work instead.

AI Governance, in Plain Terms

“AI governance” sounds abstract until it’s your business’s data running through a new system. In plain terms, it means: knowing what data the AI touches, who’s accountable for reviewing its output, and building in a human check where the stakes call for one. We fold this into how we implement AI automation rather than treating it as a separate add-on service — the same way security isn’t a separate conversation from how we build web applications.

Our Approach — and the Tools We Actually Use

We use current, real tools in our own application-development and automation work, including Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and OpenAI’s ChatGPT, alongside AI-assisted application development more broadly. These are capabilities we work with hands-on today — not a claim that we’ve completed a portfolio of client engagements using them. Which platform or architecture makes sense for your business depends on your specific workflow, how sensitive the information involved is, what you need it to integrate with, your governance requirements, and the systems you already have — we don’t default to one platform because it’s the one we like talking about.

(NetCoreSolutions is not a formal partner of, or certified by, Anthropic or OpenAI — we use their publicly available tools as part of our own development practice.)

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you make sure AI automation doesn’t introduce new security risks?

The same security discipline that runs through our cybersecurity and web development work applies here — we think about data sensitivity, access, and accountability before we automate anything, not after.

What kinds of tasks are realistic to automate first?

Usually the most repetitive, rules-based, document- or data-heavy work in your operations — we’ll help you identify the right starting point rather than automating everything at once.

Do you offer AI governance guidance, not just implementation?

Yes — governance considerations (data handling, accountability, human review) are built into how we approach every automation project, not sold as a separate service.

Has NetCoreSolutions completed AI automation projects for other clients?

This is a newer part of our practice. We’re applying real, hands-on AI tools in our own development and operational work today, and we’re upfront that we don’t yet have a portfolio of completed client case studies to point to. We’d rather tell you that honestly than invent results we can’t back up.
